A Wagner cast iron cooking pot with a lid and wire handle. The lid is possibly not matching but still Wagner.
This is a beautiful vintage pieces of cookware, good for the stove, the oven or the campfire.
A set of Mavic 700C bike wheels, lightly used and seemingly good for use. Tyres hold air, good 10-speed cluster.
A random Denon amplifer that works nicely. Now in use as part of "Legacy audio media platform". That is what we are calling it.
A random little GE 700W microwave. We measured output at 488W, so it is probably still working well enough.
This Delta Midi lathe showed up in pieces and missing a bunch of them. We are not sure if it was discarded with the tailstock or not. We had to source a bunch of screws to even test the motor. After assembly is runs fine, though you have to hand start it becaus ethe capacitor is weak or bad. We suspect that was the orgininal reason for discard.
The faceplate has 20 thou runout on the front face. We think because it is missing a special backing washer. We have ordered that and if it fixes the runout we may invest more time and energy into this machine.
A random Gateway PC core i5 with a bad hard drive in it. The drive was really dead, we could get it to spin up but got no data off it. PC works fine with knopppix so we will attempt to find a new home for it.
A nice Vitamix blender in perfect working condition. It is lacking the jug but is quieter than one we are currently using so we may press this into service.
A Macbook Pro with a broken screen. It boots to the login screen just fine and new screens are available so we may do that fix for this machine.
Pic shows it displaying over HDMI to another screen.
Some random kitchenware items of reasonable quality. Two Vollrath round stainless food service containers and a Williams Sonoma baking tray.
And Xbox One with a pile of games and controllers and such. Works fine. All very interesting to investigate.
A random little side table in usable condition. Will be sent to a place where a person needing one of these might pick it out for their home.
A box of DeWalt #2 phillips bits. Partly used but lots of bits in there left to use. This may be donated to the middle school theatre club workshop.
A pair of new take-off bike pedals. Crappy but perfectly fine for some bike we will find in the future that happens to need pedals.
A Lodge enameled cast iron pot lid. The pot was present but damaged, so we snagged the lid.
A Canon 24-105 camera lens mug. Very silly, halfway convincing from a distabnce.
A mac tower model A1289, comes with a later upgraded 6 core CPU and Radeon 5770 GPU&. Boots into knoppix fine but is missing the OS drive.
We may restore this to working condition, will probably put in an M.2 NVME drive on a PCIe adaptor for the boot drive.
A Jabra Engage 75 headset. Works fine with no apparent reason for discard, but I guess we may find something after a little more testing. Using it for now.
This is a model with DECT wireless so has nice long range. In particular, this model works in the corporate coffee room while on a call. A different model of Jabra we had previously started breaking up in the coffee room. This device now allows for greater levels of work emulation.
